At Potash Farm Foods we are dedicated to the health and welfare of all our livestock, so that you receive the best and tastiest meat.

Jonathan started the company on completion of his degree in agriculture at Reading University in 2006. He works jointly on the farm with his father and also runs Potash Farm Foods as his own business. He realised there was a niche in the market for a local quality poultry producer and stepped up to the mark.

Jonathan sells chickens all year through local farmers markets at Wendover, Tring, Berkhamsted and Chesham. He also sells through Eastwoods Butchers in Berkhamsted and Dunsley Farm Shop in Tring and Meads Farm Shop in Wilstone. Eggs are sold at the farm gate and other products by arrangement.

Caroline, a local farmers daughter and vet nurse, met Jonathan about the time he started the company. She now works part time with Jonathan on the farm and regularly attends the farmers markets.

The busiest time for us is the run up to Christmas, with all the turkeys to prepare. Jonathan's family also give up valuable time to help us and we really appreciate their support.
